The Sternboard app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play. It connects to the board via Bluetooth to show battery status, lock the Stern' remotely and track your rides.

What the app does
Ride tracking: distance covered, average speed, elevation gain where the terrain allows. Remote locking and unlocking, useful for immobilising the board without removing the battery. Anti-theft location if you lose sight of your Stern', within Bluetooth range or via the last known position.
Updates and community
Firmware updates fix and improve how the motor and remote control behave, without replacing any parts. The app also connects users with each other to share routes and experiences.
Compatibility
The app works with all Stern' configurations, 1000 W and 2000 W alike. It requires a recent smartphone with Bluetooth Low Energy.
