The monthly prize draw: the rules.
Every month, Sternboard gives away a €300 voucher towards a Stern'. Free to enter, no purchase necessary. Here are the rules.
SQ MOTORS, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000, whose registered office is at 46 rue Jean Renaud Dandicolle, 33000 Bordeaux, registered with the Bordeaux RCS under number 977 717 487 (hereinafter “Sternboard”), organises each month a free prize draw with no purchase necessary, entitled “The Sternboard prize draw of the month”.
The prize draw is open to any natural person of legal age residing in a country where Sternboard delivers its products, with the exception of employees and directors of SQ MOTORS and members of their household. Only one entry per person per month is taken into account (same name, same e-mail address).
To enter, simply fill in the prize draw form on the sternboard.com website (first name and e-mail address) during the current month. Entry is free and requires no purchase. Signing up to Sternboard e-mails is optional and has no effect on entry or on the chances of winning.
Each month, one entrant wins a voucher worth €300 including VAT, valid on the purchase of a Stern' on the sternboard.com website. The voucher can be used once only, within 12 months of being issued. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or replaced by another prize.
The winner is drawn electronically from the valid entries for the month, within 10 days of the end of the month. They are notified by e-mail at the address given when entering. If they do not reply within 30 days, they forfeit the prize and it is put back into the draw the following month.
The data provided (first name, e-mail address and, where applicable, terrain and town) is processed by SQ MOTORS to run the prize draw and notify the winner. It is only used to send marketing e-mails if the entrant has agreed to this. It is kept for the duration of the monthly draw and the awarding of the prize. Each entrant can access their data, rectify it, erase it or object to its processing by writing to [email protected]. See also our privacy policy.
These rules can be consulted free of charge at any time on this page. Sternboard reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the prize draw in the event of force majeure or fraud; any modification is published on this page.
These rules are governed by French law. Any complaint may be sent to [email protected]; failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law.
