The guide
With the integrated battery of the Stern' Urban, you have 20 km; with the backpack battery, 50, 75 or 100 km. Enough for a daily return trip, without hunting for a parking space or depending on public transport timetables.
Compared with an e-bike or a scooter, the Stern' is easier to store: the board slides under a desk and the backpack battery goes with you. Its three wheels and low centre of gravity also change how it holds in turns and under braking.
For an urban nomad who combines the metro, walking and the board in the same day, the battery weight (4 kg for 15 Ah, 5.5 kg for 20 Ah, 7 kg for 25 Ah) means you can carry it without it becoming a burden on a multimodal journey.
